Our former choice had been a large computer integration company that aggressively solicited our business and this was a nightmare from the beginning. We paid to train one of their technicians to understand our network, yet he was never available to respond and other technicians who were unfamiliar with our system were sent instead. Virus software was not installed properly and our system was hacked, which TOMAR was able to correct and installed a better virus protection system and firewall which has been working wonderfully for the past two years. The installation of the Citrix server has made communication between our offices in Texas, Bahrain, Japan, and Chesapeake a breeze and is simple to access on travel with all laptops in the company from anywhere an Internet connection is available.
The need to have a technician onsite has been cut to ¼ of the time, therefore, lowering our computer costs. But when the need does arise, TOMAR is here immediately and the problem is solved the first time; whereas, the other company had to come 3 to 4 times before the problem was resolved. The installation of the Citrix Server was done right the first time. In four hours, on a Saturday, everything had been converted to the new server and worked right the first time without a glitch. I just want to thank TOMAR for making my job so much easier, and now there is rarely a need to call technicians because everything is running so smoothly.”

Classic Air One Hour Heating & Air Conditiong “I wanted to drop you a note and thank you and your team for the outstanding service in the past as well as during our most recent Total System Upgrade.
As with most businesses today we are totally dependant on our Network to provide us with the critical data that runs our day-to-day operations. I must admit that I was somewhat reluctant to proceed with your recommendations for the System Upgrade for two reasons. First you outlined the possible challenges that we/you might encounter as we attempted to migrate some very old data from our existing server to the new proposed server. Because this was the only archived Client Service Records we had, I was very concerned that this data might not be able to move over, or worse yet, that It might be lost in the transition. My second concern was that the proposed installation schedule for June happens to be our busiest month for Air Conditioning Service and Replacement. We could ill afford anything other then a seamless installation that minimized both Network down time as well as individual’s workstation downtime. Here we are two months later and I want to compliment all involved in accomplishing the multiple challenges with absolutely no interruption. The install went as planned and to date we have not encountered even the first “bug”. In closing, I want to personally thank you for making the appropriate recommendation and for taking a personal interest in our total satisfaction. ” |
